* How would you describe the health of your planted tree?	The tree is healthy and fully leafed out. Some of the tree's leaves are browning. The tree has died. I have not yet planted my tree in the ground.

My tree is not in direct competition with other plants/trees. My tree is planted straightly. There is sufficient mulch around the base of the tree. I have applied stakes to the tree. * Did we provide adequate information for planting and the maintenance of your adopted tree?	Yes, I learned something new from the tree planted and care guide that was handed out at the giveaway. Yes, I learned something new from the staff at the giveaway. No, I did not know how to properly plant or care for my tree when I got home. I did not receive any information on how to properly plant and care for my tree. I did not understand the instructions and/or staff was unhelpful.

Obtaining the tools necessary to plant it correctly. Buying mulch to place around my tree. Making sure that the tree was planted at the correct depth. Taking the tree out of the pot.
