Everyone is digging in to make MillionTreesNYC a success!
In addition to individual New Yorkers, MillionTreesNYC is mobilizing support from all corners of the City to help plant a million trees by 2017. With lead support from the Parks Department and the New York Restoration Project, MillionTreesNYC will stimulate tree-planting, stewardship, education, community outreach, and public awareness efforts through a coalition of partners and sponsors. These groups include community-based and non-profit organizations throughout NYC, government agencies, statewide and national organizations, and corporate sponsors.
