MillionTreesNYC, in partnership with Recyclebank and leading environmental educators, is proud to present the Green Points Challenge for NYC schools. The Green Points Challenge is an online recognition and rewards program to encourage NYC schools to learn about the benefits of trees and actively participate in the MillionTreesNYC (MTNYC) initiative.
Through the Green Points Challenge, NYC teachers and classrooms can earn Recyclebank Points by:
- Participating in environmental education programs
- Planting a tree
- Adopting a tree
- Taking a MTNYC quiz
- Signing up for the MTNYC newsletter
- Integrating free tree-themed curricula into lessons
